At Limmaland, it is particularly important to us to use materials that are kind to the environment and that we can place in children's hands with a clear conscience.

Our decal

Our adhesive films comply with European toy safety standards (DIN EN-71) and are CE labelled. We produce the films using latex printing, which is particularly environmentally friendly. Our adhesive films come from a German brand manufacturer and are produced exclusively in Germany. You can also wipe our adhesive films with a damp cloth and easily ensure a hygienic environment while playing.

The wall and furniture films are all removable. This means you can continue to use the furniture after the play phase. By the way: We only print your adhesive foils after you have placed your order. This way, we avoid overproduction and nothing ends up in the bin!

Play table film

High-quality lamination on all play table foils makes the surface very robust and scratch-resistant. Even Matchbox cars can't harm the play table film!

Outdoor film

For our mud kitchen we use a robust outdoor film that is UV-resistant and weatherproof.

Our wood

We use high-quality solid wood for our wooden products, some with a water-based varnish.
Wood is a natural material. Therefore, slight colour variations are possible in our products. Each one is truly unique.

Our leather

For our leather products, we use leather produced in accordance with the Terracare standard, which is manufactured in an environmentally friendly and socially responsible manner. Terracare means that the leather is produced in a CO2-neutral way, does not pollute the natural water cycle, is based on a renewable raw material and is produced by socially responsible employees.

The raw material for our leather comes from Germany and is one of the highest quality types of raw material in the world.

We use a lightly waxed leather for our leather products, which naturally wears out and also changes colour and comes to life due to the given light conditions.

Our silicone

We use BPA-free silicone without phthalates and without dangerous plasticisers for our silicone products. The silicone products are CE-certified and are therefore ideal for use by children. The silicone is also 100% food safe, easy to clean and dishwasher-safe.

Plastic-free packaging

We avoid using plastic in our packaging wherever possible. For most products, we already achieve this 100%. Our shipping boxes are completely plastic-free. All our products are lovingly and carefully packed by hand before they are sent on their journey to your child's bedroom.

You can also help us to protect the environment

Only order the products you really want to keep. If you cannot avoid returning the products, please use the original box and pack the products carefully so that they can be reused.
