Here’s how to make your maternity record cover
Step 1: Print

Start by downloading the free printable template from our website. Choose between a floral pattern or a cheerful rainbow design. Now print out the template. Make sure you print it on a sheet of A4 paper so that it’s the right size.
Step 2: Cut out and fold the cover
Once you’ve printed the template, cut it out along the outlines. Then fold the cut-out maternity record cover once in the middle and fold the outer edges inwards along the fold line. This creates the shape of the cover for the maternity record.
