You give Limmaland permission to use your content (in the form of an image or video) You grant Limmaland a licence to reproduce, display, distribute, edit and otherwise use your content on our website and for other marketing purposes, including but not limited to emails, websites, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok and Pinterest) and other customer communications.
We may display adverts worldwide in connection with your Content where your Content can be viewed by you or others, and we may use your Content to promote Limmaland. Our licence to your Content is non-exclusive, which means that you can use the Content for your own purposes or let others use your Content for their own purposes. Our licence for your content is royalty-free and is valid for an indefinite period.
You warrant the following:
