ADAPTA
Adapter for extending the changing table attachment for the large IKEA HEMNES chest of drawers
⚠️ Caution
- Never leave your child unattended on the changing table.
- Only suitable for children weighing up to 15 kg.
- Changing table topper Assemble and attach the extension in accordance with the enclosed instructions.
- All assembly parts must be properly secured. Screws must not be loose, as the child could injure themselves or get caught on clothing such as cords, collars or dummy straps. Otherwise, there is a risk of strangulation.
- All mounting hardware must always be tightened sufficiently and checked regularly.
- The changing facility must be checked regularly for defective, torn or missing parts. If parts are missing or defective, it must no longer be used.
- All additional parts or spare parts may only be obtained from the manufacturer.
- Always check the winding device for stability before and during use.
- The winding device must not be placed near open flames or other sources of heat, such as electric radiant heaters, gas-fired stoves, etc.
- A precisely fitting Changing pad should be used.
- Access to potential sources of danger within the child's reach must be prevented.
- Keep children away during assembly of the product to avoid injury.
- Warning! Choking hazard. The hardware bag contains small parts.

You can attach the ADAPTA and changing table topper so that the changing surface is positioned in the centre of the chest of drawers, on the far right or on the far left. Depending on how you want to use the surface of your chest of drawers.
Safety note: Secure the ADAPTA to the wall and the changing table topper using the brackets to prevent the chest of drawers from tipping over or the attachment from slipping.
