Step 1: Print out the free template

Start by downloading the free print template from our website. We offer two enchanting designs: choose between a floral pattern or a cheerful rainbow motif.

Now print out the template. Make sure you print the template on an A4 sheet of paper so that it is the right size.

Step 2: Cut out and fold the cover

Once you have printed out the template, cut it out along the contours. Then fold the cut-out mother's passport cover once in the centre and crease the outer edges inwards along the fold line. This creates the shape of the maternity pass cover.

Step 3: Decorate the maternity passport cover
