Conditions of participation in the competition

1. The organiser of this competition is Limmaland GmbH, Lichtstraße 21, 50825 Cologne, Germany.
2. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation.
3. Persons resident in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate. Employees of Limmaland GmbH and other persons involved in the conception and realisation of this competition are excluded from participation. The participant in the competition is the person who owns the e-mail address provided when registering for the competition. Only one entry is possible per "participant"; repeated participation may result in the loss of eligibility to participate, at the discretion of Limmaland GmbH.
4. Only the prizes described in detail in the competition will be drawn. The draw will only take place among those participants who have personally sent Limmaland GmbH all of the components specified for participation in the competition completely, comprehensibly and correctly. Entries must be received by Limmaland GmbH by the communicated closing date. Late entries will not be considered in the draw, regardless of the reason for the delay. Limmaland GmbH cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, in particular network, electronic or computer failures.
5. The winner of the prize will be notified by email as soon as possible after the prize draw using the other details provided during registration. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification to Limmaland GmbH immediately, but no later than one week after notification of the prize, and provide the information required by Limmaland GmbH. Otherwise, Limmaland GmbH is authorised to draw a new winner. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that his/her name and photo may be used by Limmaland GmbH for advertising purposes without remuneration.
6. The formalities for handing over the main prize will be clarified individually with the winner. The prize will be sent to the winner by parcel service to the address given when registering. Vouchers will be sent by email.
7. Cash payment, payment in kind or exchange of prizes is not possible. The prizes are non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.
8. The decisions of Limmaland GmbH are final. Enquiries in this regard cannot be answered. Limmaland GmbH reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if any difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the competition.
9. Any obligation to pay compensation to Limmaland GmbH, its employees and vicarious agents or in connection with the competition, regardless of the legal grounds, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
10. The information you provide in this competition will only be used for the purpose of the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.
