Conditions of participation in the competition

1. The organiser of this competition is Limmaland GmbH & Co KG, Lichtstraße 21, 50825 Cologne, Germany.
2. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation.
3. Eligible to participate are persons resident in Germany, Switzerland and Austria who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of Limmaland GmbH & Co KG and other persons involved in the conception and realisation of this competition are excluded from participation. The participant in the competition is the person who owns the e-mail address provided when registering for the competition. Only one participation is possible per "participant"; repeated participation may, at the discretion of Limmaland GmbH & Co KG, result in the loss of the right to participate.
4. Only the prizes described in detail in the competition will be drawn. The draw will only take place among those participants who have personally sent Limmaland GmbH & Co. KG all the components specified for participation in the competition in a complete, comprehensible and correct form. Entries must be received by Limmaland GmbH & Co. KG by the communicated closing date. Late entries will not be considered in the draw, regardless of the reason for the delay. Limmaland GmbH & Co. KG cannot be held responsible for any technical faults, in particular network, electronic or computer failures.
5. The winner of the prize will be notified by email shortly before the draw using the other details provided during registration. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification to Limmaland GmbH & Co KG immediately, but no later than one week after notification of the prize, and provide the information required by Limmaland GmbH & Co KG. Otherwise, Limmaland GmbH & Co. KG is authorised to draw a new winner. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their name and photo may be used by Limmaland GmbH & Co. KG for advertising purposes without remuneration.
6. The formalities for handing over the main prize will be clarified individually with the winner. The prize will be sent to the winner by parcel service to the address given on registration. Vouchers will be sent by email.
7. Cash payment, payment in kind or exchange of prizes is not possible. The prizes are non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.
8. The decisions of Limmaland GmbH & Co KG are final. Enquiries in this regard cannot be answered. Limmaland GmbH & Co KG reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if any difficulties arise that jeopardise the integrity of the competition.
9. Any obligation to pay compensation to Limmaland GmbH & Co KG, its employees and vicarious agents or in connection with the competition, irrespective of the legal grounds, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, insofar as this is legally permissible.
10. The information you provide in this competition will only be used for the purpose of the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.
