Fitting instructions
1. Before laminate
- Clean the piece of furniture and allow it to dry thoroughly.
- There is a white protective film on the inside of the mouldings, which you should remove before laminate.
Print out the template for the laminate. This will help you to keep the correct distances between the adhesive strips.

Glueing the top mould
ing Glue the top moulding directly to the top edge of the compartment of your IKEA KALLAX shelf. To do this, peel off the adhesive strip and stick it into the compartment.
3. Attach further mouldings using the template
Now place the template on the bottom edge of the first moulding and stick the next moulding directly underneath the template. Do the same with the third moulding and then repeat the process on the other side of the compartment.
The distance between the mouldings should be 7.5 cm.

Important:
- Only insert the Trofast boxes into the mouldings after 72 hours so that the adhesive strength of the mouldings can fully develop.
- Each box can be loaded with a maximum of 2.5 kg.
