What you need to create the magical tea light

A pointed object, such as a toothpick or the end of a corkscrew

Step 1: Prepare the secret message

Download the craft template and print it out in colour.

Now think about which message you would like to hide from the template and cut it out.

Step 2: Hide the secret message

Take the tea light out of the aluminium bowl and remove the wick. Now use a pointed object (e.g. a toothpick or the end of a corkscrew) to poke a hole in the centre of the message.

Then thread the template and the candle back onto the wick and put everything back into the aluminium bowl.

Step 3: Give the magic candle as a gift

Your magic candle with a hidden message is now ready to be given as a gift.
